By accessing or using the Sahasra Campaign Management System ("the Service"), operated by ATHENTECH India Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Access is granted by your organization administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful communication with recipients who have consented to be contacted. You must comply with all applicable regulations, including TRAI/DLT requirements for SMS, WhatsApp Business Policy, and anti-spam and data-protection laws. Sending unsolicited, misleading, or unlawful messages is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid consent (opt-in) from recipients, honouring opt-outs, and ensuring template and sender-ID registrations are accurate and approved by the relevant gateway or authority.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Message delivery depends on third-party gateways and carriers and is outside our sole control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for message delivery failures caused by third-party providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
