The Service processes data you provide, including user account details, contact records (name, mobile, WhatsApp number, email, and related attributes), message templates, campaign content, and delivery/engagement logs.
Data is used to operate the Service: authenticating users, building audiences, dispatching campaigns through configured gateways, and reporting delivery and engagement analytics. We do not sell your data.
Your organization is the data controller for the contact data it uploads. ATHENTECH India Pvt. Ltd. acts as a data processor, handling that data on your instructions to provide the Service.
Gateway credentials are stored encrypted at rest. Access is role-based and scoped per organization (multi-tenant isolation). Despite reasonable safeguards, no system is completely secure.
Contact and campaign data are retained for as long as your organization maintains them in the Service or as required by law. Your administrator can delete records.
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, or delete their personal data. Such requests should be directed to the organization that collected the data.
Messages are delivered via third-party providers (e.g. SMS, WhatsApp, email gateways) that process recipient numbers/addresses and message content under their own terms and privacy policies.
